By creating a salon or booking an appointment on Saloon you agree to these terms. Saloon is an early product provided as-is, and we may change or withdraw it.

For customers

A booking is a request to a salon, not a contract. The salon confirms, reschedules or declines it. Please arrive on time, and cancel or tell the salon early if you cannot make it, so the slot can go to someone else.

Prices and durations shown on a salon page are set by that salon. Saloon is not a party to the transaction and does not take payment.

For salons

You are responsible for the accuracy of your services, prices and opening hours, and for the accuracy of your team listings. You must not publish content that is unlawful or belongs to someone else.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another salon’s data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use Saloon to send unsolicited bulk messages. We suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Saloon is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including a cancelled or missed appointment.
